I am with Virgin Mobile for about 12 years. In recent years, the company has changed its term all the time.
Sometimes, it is like a trap. Once you get into the trap, the Customer Support will say, "It's against our NEW term of service. We can not change it." These representatives working at Customer Support are no use. If they can only say NO and not help customers.
Why do they work there? They make profit through customers' mistakes.
I'm quitting the service.
The company becomes a really bad company and makes loyal customers to go away. Too bad!
