Virgin Mobile - Double Billing
They have double billed my card twice in two days then give me run around just to get my money back.First I get *** phones that over heat.
And now stealing my money. Talk to 4 people and still can't get a straight answer just more ***. I'm going to camel all 5 of my accounts if this keeps up.
Ask for Corp number told me they don't have one .These people must not know you can find anything on line.
Can't get money back so now my bills late for what grief from people who make less any 5.00 an hours.
Monetary Loss: $150.
