I bought a pre paid cell phone but returned it to VM after 2 weeks as the phone SUCKED. So I cancelled the servie and returned the phone per the instructions I got from VM .
UPS delivered the phone but here we are in Mid November and still no refund on the purchase of the phone.
But in the meantime they had no problem debiting a checking account for a closed account. I am about ready to call my attorney and have him sue the bastards....
Stick with Verizon, at least if there is problem they will at least try to fix it.
