I have a non-contract account with Virgin that charges $40 a month for 5GB of wireless internet. After 2 attempts to cancel the account (one online, one by phone) they still charge me monthly.

I cancelled again today then blocked the merchant. I am keeping my fingers crossed that this solves the problem. Don't use this company!

By the way costumer service very polite, but doesn't solve the problem. They are clearly located in a Foreign country, and the connections are often poor.

I found it very difficult to understand them, making obtaining the information I needed (i.e.

confirmation number) to cancel contract very difficult. Steer clear.
