Is there a word stronger than unsatisfactory?During the last three days, I've contacted the company four times.

The company seems unable to solve the problem I'm having, but the employees told me that they are receiving lots of calls from other unhappy customers with the same problem - I can receive no text messages. I can send and the phone works for standard calls. Today's "customer service rep" (she was horrible) said that she'll place my phone problem "under investigation with headquarters and it will take them six and a half days to try to solve the problem". Oh ...

my ... goodness. In addition to this current problem, every month without fail, the text messaging function stops working.

I know it's time to change providers.I just hate the thought of having to double the amount of money I pay monthly especially because some of us can't afford to pay more.
