Have had phone for three months and have not had any internet access through 3g even though I pat for that service. Customer service has not been helpful and tells me to do the same thing over Ans over again even though it has not yet worked!

14 phone calls and over five hours of being on hold (not at once ).

Three separate times I have been given a phone number for headquarters and the phone number was out of service.

They just want money and don't seem to care that they are horrible. They have told me they have credited my account yet i still havw them saying i oww them money even though i have in writing and recorded thar i do not have ti pay the following month

Awful awful awful company!
