i have had virgin mobile paid service for a year and can't make any calls without it being dropped, i also have them as a goverment paid phone and it drops my important calls also. i think they must use other companies towers and must pay minimal for using them i have never had such bad service and i have had other companpies such as at@t which for years i never lost a call i went for the low rate and as they say you get what you pay for. So i am thru with them, what good is having a phone it it doesnt work, especially if you are talking with a business that you can't get the person that you had invested time with and some may think i just hung up on them

Monetary Loss: $129.

this is the worst company ive been with. There are random times where i cant make calls or send a text.

Other times where i can't make calls but can send texts. Customer service is USELESS as they tell you to restart your phone as if no one ever tries to do that. I guess you get what you paid for.

Also, calls drop ALL THE TIME. Switching back to another company where i'll have use of a phone I PAY FOR.


You've had the service for a year and you say in your complaint that you haven't been able to make a single call?

I doubt this very much. What kind of idi0t pays for a phone that doesn't work.

I, or any reasonable human, would have replaced the phone the next day. How do you call anyone?
