Apparently Virgin mobile don't want you to buy their phones. Having tried to buy a phone online, a week later, with no phone I contacted them.
They hadn't sent it, and had put my order on hold, without telling me. Although I had provided a physical address, I had also added my po box number, and they don't ship to po box numbers, they completely ignored I had also included my actual address. They then told me they would send it, and to contact them in a couple of days.
Two days later, they hadn't sent it. I gave up.
