They can't resolve the issue of not being able to pick up voicemail from another phone. I have wasted so much time trying to get them to resolve this issue.

NOTHING happens. I have literally spent HOURS on the phone: been put on hold and my call has been dropped, my call was dropped during a transfer to a technical person, i have spoken to people who said they woudl investigate and get back to me within 24 hours, i have spoken to a supervisor who said I woudl receive an email in 24 hours.

Still cannot pick up voicemail. Will definitely get out of this service once i get my money's worth of minutes next month.
