They can't resolve the issue of not being able to pick up voicemail from another phone.I have wasted so much time trying to get them to resolve this issue.

NOTHING happens. I have literally spent HOURS on the phone: been put on hold and my call has been dropped, my call was dropped during a transfer to a technical person, i have spoken to people who said they woudl investigate and get back to me within 24 hours, i have spoken to a supervisor who said I woudl receive an email in 24 hours.

Still cannot pick up voicemail.Will definitely get out of this service once i get my money's worth of minutes next month.
