They have the phone i return n june 16,2014 at 1017am s.shah sign for it n they will not unsuspend my phone the employees keep lying even to managers saying its there or not there keep telling me to wait 4 to 5 days when its been a month now telling me to wait four more days cause need to get the serail number how *** long it takes for to read a number i dont understand there communication sucks n all employees lies bad i have the tracking number n person who sign for the phone wen they delieve it n i shouldnt have to keep waiting they need to get it together n get rid of all the lying employees n manager they have virgin mobile sucks i wouldnt tell anyone they good cause there not i regret leaving boost mobile the best
