Not resolved

I'd returned a defected refurbished replacement phone on May 29,2014 I'm told that you haven't received the phone as of yet. I've been having problems with this phone unable to use sd card, download, txt.

I'm though I was a valued customer .... This problem has been going on since. March14,2014. I think thismy last month dealing with V M.

I feel like I'm being taken advantage of. Your tech support team can only do so much. I know the phone's there. If I don't hear from V M within the next 48 hrs.I'll know for sure you don't care.
