I closed my contract on 074 1694764 in April. I was not told that the was an outstanding amount of R200.
I however found out from itc when trying to purchase a car now that my account is 2 months in arears and I thus went and paid it. on the 2nd Aug 2011, I sent Simon Sebidi proof of payment and he said it would be updated in 21 days. A month has passed and is still not updated. Guys at the call centre hide him cos they never put me through to him.
I have so far spoken to Sithembile Shabalala, Thabile, Lerato Ratikane and many more without no help.
I don't have a contract with you guys, this was a prepaid, so why would my data still be there when this is settled out. And where is customer care.
Thabile told me yesterday that I could not speak to anyone on customer care but must lodge a complaint via email. I want to talk to a person, not a machine man....this is totally unacceptable.
