I purchased a new VM broadband internet box. Mistakes were made by the representative adding the box to existing account.

They told me the brand new box was defective. Bought another with same issue. After about 14 representitives I was told my account was looping and to try again in 4-6 days? One week no internet after nearly $300 investment - $55 card and two boxes at $130 each.

After a week of no internet a CSA was finally able to fix it by pushing a reset button. I received no apologies. I repeatedly asked to make a complaint and was told they do not take complaints. Told them I was not satisfied and my issues were not resolved.

They do not care!!! Worst customer service I have ever had. They lied repeatedly, said they would return calls and didn't.

Offered nothing to correct the problem of a box that was not working on their system. I will be switching to Verizon the fist of the month.

Monetary Loss: $300.
