I bought a virgin mobile modem for my laptop a few months ago and at first it worked ok but now it barely works at all. Called customer service and the man on the phone, (who barely speaks english), after being on hold a very long time, that it will be working better tomorrow, which is total B.S.

They tell you that so they don't have to bother with you. They let you twist in the wind. I paid 130.00 for the modem and service every month so I figure i'm out a few hundred dollars in non-working service. Also, I bought the device brand new from wal mart and the back never did fully close.

I have to tape the back to the piece of junk.

Stay away from this company!!! It sucks!!!
