Virgin Mobile promised me that after a period of consistent payments that over time my plan would drop. They offered me a 35.00 plan that only includes 300 minutes.

I was told they would look into it months ago after now telling me that nothing can be done. I pay 55.00 a month after I was only paying 45.00 a month with Staight Talk. I would NOT recommend Virgin Mobile. I would say to go to other companies such as Walmart Family Mobile plan, Boost, or Straight Talk.

I am very unhappy with Virgin Mobile. They are rude and not willing to work with their customers. When asked if they would compromise all they said was they would "respect my decision". Sad.

Again, I would NOT recommend Virgin Mobile. Stick with other companies as mentioned above. I should have stayed with Straight Talk to begin with.
