Bought a kyocrea event in Feb.2014 had to send it back software issues.

VMU sent me another phone same kind..had it for two weeks same issue as first phone.

Second phone that I got from them had it for 2 weeks its doing the something as the first two..customer service is no help.The kyocrea event phones are faulty.At this point I now want a refund for my phone and I'm changing services.You shouldn't have this much trouble out of 3 phones in 3 months and all with the same issues.
