Bought a kyocrea event in Feb. 2014 had to send it back software issues.

VMU sent me another phone same kind..had it for two weeks same issue as first phone.

Second phone that I got from them had it for 2 weeks its doing the something as the first two..customer service is no help.The kyocrea event phones are faulty.At this point I now want a refund for my phone and I'm changing services. You shouldn't have this much trouble out of 3 phones in 3 months and all with the same issues.
