A person should not have to try eight times to get through. My goal was to help a friend and give her two month's of service.

When a real person did come on the line he said I didn't have enough passwords and he personally could not set this up for me. There was no need I could see for needing passwords when all I wanted to do was to extend service on a phone. Call me naive, but why can't a friend just help a friend?

The next day my friend tried 4-5 times to get past Alex.

Got a delightful woman who was able to help us. Please fix or fire Alex; this is not user friendly.

hi guys, im from VMU customer service, if you do want to get pass to alex, what you need to do is this, whenever you hear the voice of ALEX on the phone, Just say the word "LIVE ADVISER" it will just take a few try then alex will automatically route your call to a live adviser like me. that should help.
