Disappointed Virgin Mobile has such lousy service, including outsourcing support. Tried to use it for a disabled relative but never again.
We had 1600 minutes saved up and reupped for another month. They took the money (shows on our computer) but did not add the minutes, so they rolled back to 200 on the current card. Talked to two support persons in India who claimed they could see Virgin Mobile got the money but could only give us 600 minutes back because a confirmation was not sent. We Will Switch to another provider.
Shame on this once respected company. Do not use them!
