Not resolved

To cut a long story short I'm complaining about VM customer services incompetency to my local Trading standard's agency.

Basically they've refused to give me a free replacement for my lost mobile phone. I've had to buy one of them, one I'm not happy with, and am waiting for a refund. VM staff have not been forth coming about this issue.

I came across some interesting stories about how they've treated other customers and was wondering if I could use these stories to support my case?

I'd much appreciate it if I could. Please let me know.

Why would you expect a free phone for a lost phone unless you had a protection plan on it?! You can't ask for something for free if you don't own something that provides that for free.

Oh my god. Some people these days...
