was sent out a new phone because of technical issues and was not informed that I needed to return the previous phone, nor was there a return envelope with the shipped phone. I stated that there wasn't a return envelope and I was pretty much called a liar.

They said there records show that a return envelope was sent out.

I would never refer anyone to this ratchet company ever again, as we speak I'm tweeting and on facebook to friends and family who's dealing with this company to switch to NET10/FROG/STRAIGHT TALK.Because virgin mobile is straight $%#! and not worth your time or money

Wow. Really? You didn't know that, with a warranty replacement phone you have to send the defective phone back? Wow.

I would have charged you $200.
