Virgin Mobile is the worst phone company I've done business with in my life.First, they've changed the procedure for topping up with their card, presenting the need to call them at a fee of .35 cents.
But the most despicable practice, attributed to them, is their sneakiness in leaking the remainder of prepaid minutes off your phone, when you've got $5.00 left. I have gone 4 or 5 days without even picking up my phone and I find a radical reduction in remaining money. I've had my phone over 4 years and I'm sick of this crooked practice. Consumers!
Watch your minutes carefully.
This company is bad news.
