NOT happy having my money STOLEN! Missed my refill time by 48 hours and learn that I am missing over $83 in my account.

Speaking with a customer service rep where English is the second language, I was told that my money had been "SWEPT" and that it was GONE. If I wanted to keep my number, I needed to add MORE money (for them to take). I was ANGRY that this Multi Billion Dollar corporation was SO POOR that they had to take my money.

I will not frequent ANY business name with the word VIRGIN on it, you guys can kiss *** and I will retell at any point I can. Your $83 bought a lifetime of disparagement against your company.
