Virgin Mobile double billed my credit card in April and kept the money...I didn't notice but my bank did and reversed the charges.Now VM has my account suspend and they are treating ME like im the one in the wrong.

I have been trying to resolve the issue for over 24 hrs. and have spoken with I don't know how may different teams, agents, supervisors, and I purchased a TOP UP CARD for $30 which I don't owe because I paid Aprils bill but they are holding my service hostage so I did it...took pics of the card and receipt emailed them to VM to the resolution dept.

and nothing!!!!THIS IS NOT MY FAULT...VM DOUBLE CHARGED MY CARD AND KEPT THE EXTRA MONEY...WHERE IM FROM THATS BANK FRAUD....HELP ME PLEASE!!!
