Virgin Mobile - Worst customer service ever
After returning an i4 phone for refund, I was told that they did not receive it and that I was out my $350.I bought the phone before Christmas and was told that it would arrive before the 25th, It arrived on the 26th.
My daughter wanted the i4s so I returned the phone to Virgin Mobile who said my refund would take 3 to 5 days. On the 5th day I called Virgin Mobile to see if they had received the phone and to ask them for my refund. They told me that they had received the phone and that my refund would take 5 to 10 days due to the holidays. On the 10th day I called to ask where my refund was and was told that they had not received my phone.
They told me that without a tracking number I was out my money.
My mother trough out my shipping receipt and Virgin Mobile now claims that they didn't receive it.NICE.....
