My daughters Iphone 4s developed an intermittent service connection issue.Spent 5 hours on the phone with both Apple and Virgin Mobile tech support and neither one of them could resolve the issue.
Received a replacement phone from apple however it is not configured to the VM network. Spent 4 hours on the phone with VM tech support over 2 days, was dropped 3 times, asked the same questions over and over again and still don't have the phone activated. Now I'm told it is going to take 2-4 days to resolve the issue. I'm paying for the service but cannot fully use it.
Really disappointing given my daughter saved up for 6 months to buy the phone and now we're stuck with this terrible service.Richard Branson should be ashamed.
