I decided to buy new cell phones for my dad and myself and let my contract days go.After all month to month is cheaper.

Bought phones for both of us. I drop calls all day, cant send texts from my own house with wifi. My dad had NO SERVICE at his house. They would not let me return his phone because the box was opened...WTH?

How would I know they had no service until I turned on the phone?

I hate these people with a passion.I am going to buy another phone now just to move on!

I have used the e-mail support , with no help from June till now.All I get is lies, and more lies.

I have saved all the messages, I just don't know yet how to put them up to warn people.

Oh I was with Virgin mobile for 7 years, then I bought a new phone because they were not supporting the one I had.I can't believe they are still in business...
